NordicDom is a trading brand of ATI RENTAL EOOD (АТИ РЕНТАЛ ЕООД), company registration number 206323507. We work as a Pineca partner in Bulgaria, presenting timber houses for residential, holiday and tourism projects.
We also offer outdoor furniture from 4 Seasons Outdoor, with individual pieces and combinations suited to the space and intended use.
We distinguish the roles of the manufacturer, designers and contractors. For each project, we describe what we supply, what we coordinate and which activities are commissioned separately.

The kit, insulation, windows and doors, delivery and execution activities are specified in the individual quotation.
Support after delivery
We coordinate product questions with the manufacturer and refer you to the relevant assembly and maintenance instructions.
